Die GPON-OLTs der AP8600B-Serie sind flexible und skalierbare OLT-Switche und für die Einbindung von Daten- und Sprachsignalen in optische Verteilsysteme entwickelt. Die Geräte unterstützen 10G und sind somit optimal als zentraler Managementpunkt für GPON Services in FTTH/FTTB-Applikationen anwendbar.
Die Geräte liefern eine PON Übertragungsrate von 1,25 Gbps im Uplink sowie im Downlink 2,5 Gbps und ermöglichen damit dem Provider, einen zuverlässigen Datenservice für die Endkunden zur Verfügung zu stellen.
