What does the SD switch-off mean?

The television programs of the public TV channels are currently 

 transmitted simultaneously in SD and HD quality via satellite.


From January 2025, programs will only be broadcast in HD quality.

Be ready for it!

Upgrade your reception system promptly and avoid supply bottlenecks as the switch-off date approaches.
The corresponding HD programs are already available now.
