The externally modulated (XMOD) 1550 nm laser transmitters of the AT5100 series have 2 equivalent outputs.
The transmitters offer a flexible, scalable solution for the optical transmission of high-quality analog and digital video signals in CATV networks over medium and long distances. The transmitters feature low-noise DFB-CW lasers to reduce the dispersion effect.
